The car was operational two years ago when my friend was driving it home from a distance of 2.5 hours, but it failed on the way. It was towed and left untouched since then. A year ago, I attempted to buy it; it started with a jump but ran roughly. The owner was initially unwilling to sell, but a week ago, he decided to sell it, and I towed it home.
